My client is seeking a talented and results-driven CRM Retention Manager to lead our customer loyalty strategies and drive long-term engagement with our valued clientèle.

Role Overview:
As the CRM Retention Manager, you will be at the forefront of our customer retention initiatives, working to foster lasting relationships with our high-end customer base. You will develop and implement innovative CRM strategies aimed at increasing customer loyalty, improving retention rates, and enhancing the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM retention strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify trends, customer behaviours, and opportunities for retention improvement.
  • Manage and optimise customer segmentation and lifecycle programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive communication and personalised experiences.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer feedback to continuously refine retention strategies.
  • Drive initiatives that align with our brand values and premium customer expectations.

  • Proven experience in CRM, customer retention, or loyalty marketing, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
