Role Overview:
The SHEIN UK Product team are looking for a Fit Model and Admin to join their growing team in Manchester. Unlike a mannequin, a fit model can emulate real movement to enhance the outcome of the fitting process. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential you meet the size requirements and are comfortable with your
measurements being taken.

Responsibilities:

• Garment Fit Model to fit clothing for a womens fashion brand.
• Providing feedback on feel and fit of garments to assist team in making the right decisions for production and manufacturing
• Understanding the customer and what the brand would want the garments to fit like to maximise customer satisfaction and sales
• Supporting the Product team with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Must have an interest in the fashion industry
• Previous fit work experience is preferred
• Previous admin experience is beneficial
• Thorough understanding of core body measurements and industry sizing standards, particularly for UK size 8, to accurately assess garment fit. Must be UK size 8 and height of 5'5 or 5'6
• Must be confident to be photographed and ability to provide detailed feedback on the feel and fit of garments, assisting the design and production team in making informed decisions to enhance the quality and appeal of the clothing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where timelines for design, fitting, and production are often tight
