Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct operations performance diagnostics to identify opportunities in the restaurant. Support franchisee to build detailed action plans for improvement and works with Franchisee Business Partner to ensure execution against plan.
- Responsible for influencing improvement in key metrics by coaching franchise organizations and above restaurant leadership teams on proper use of available tools and tactics for improving the customer and team member experience
- Develop effective relationships with above restaurant leaders (Key Operators, VPs, Region Coaches, and Area Coaches) that help enable sharing and implementation of ideas that drive performance
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
- Reside in Ohio, Indiana, or Michigan strongly preferred
- Strong track record for operational turnarounds and leading through others
- 8+ years of operations experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, food and beverage, or similar industry, with 5+ of those years within Pizza Hut
- 2+ years managing 5+ restaurants within an Area or Region
- Deep knowledge of Pizza Hut operational procedures and standards
- Skilled in root-cause problem solving methodologies and analyzing data
- Ability to craft and present ideas to different audiences in an engaging, persuasive manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to travel approximately 70%
